The Loop de Ville’s success relies on volunteers like you, and we have plenty of needs for hands (and feet) on deck for this year’s festival.
These special roles have an application component.
Our superstar trail guides lead our participants along the 3, 10, or 20-ish miles of the Loop's trails! Get special swag and recognition if you volunteer as a run or hike trail guide! (For MTB trail guide opportunities, contact CAMBC.)
Apply for your company, group or organization to be one of our Cheer Zone Hype Teams and support participants by bringing the energy and fun!
Sign up for these super-important roles and tell us the timing that works best for you.
Join the team making the starting and finish line ready to rock for our LDV Fest participants and friends.
Help check in participants and volunteers and direct them to their leaders.
Help our Loopers find parking on-site or at various nearby lots.
Work the beer station with setup, sales, and pouring. (Must be 25 years+ to pour, 18+ to sell).
Help us pack it all up and celebrate another successful year of the Loop!
